About Wisco Custom Homes

Don & Jean Morello have had a passion for residential building since they built their first new home in 1991.  Since then, they have built 10 new homes for themselves and now enjoy doing the same for their Buyers and Contract Clients.   Jean has been involved in commercial & residential design, since graduating from UW Madison with a degree in Interior Architecture & Design.  The Morello's were also developers for nearly 20 years in the commercial construction industry, developing over 25 Fast Food Restaurants in Southern Wisconsin from blueprint & design to complete buildout.  At Wisco Custom Homes, we've developed process to help make building a new home as seamless as possible for our clients.  Our goal is to help you navigate thru all of the decision-making process that come along with a new residential build.  Although the new homeowner needs to make the final decisions & selections, we help facilitate all selections meetings including: 

Cabinets and built-ins, flooring (including wood, carpet, tile and laminates), fireplace & backsplash tile, paint colors, wood wall detail, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, trim detail & stair parts and countertops.  Jean is here to assist our clients with home design and layout in order to reach the final goal of developing a complete bid set of blueprints to begin the building process.   Jean is also as hands-on as our clients need her to be during the selections process to help with facilitating those decisions in a timely manner.  Don oversees all bid process, construction, scheduling and site management.
